M&M Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling is a family owned business established in 1957 by Dick Monthei. The founder passed the business to his son, Scott Monthei, in 2007. Scott, along with key management personnel, have combined experience exceeding 150 years in the industry. We currently employ more than 19 Michigan plumbers, HVAC technicians and Fireplace Specialists and support staff.

M&M Plumbing, Heating, & Cooling relocated to our new home on Tahoe Lane in Indian River. Our new home allows us to expand our showroom to include a larger display of fireplaces, water softeners and equipment while still dispatching our technicians and installation specialists from the same location.
