When: Thursday Nights starting JULY 4, 2019 Thru  AUGUST 29, 2019.

Rhythm on the River (ROTR) is a summer concert music series, presented by the Indian River Resort Region Chamber of Commerce and Tuscarora Township DDA in July and August at Devoe Beach Indian River, Michigan. Bring your chair or a blanket paper writer, a beverage, some friends and enjoy these free music concerts.
