Food Vendor Information

Indian River SummerFest is excited to host a limited number of food vendors as a part of our street fair on Friday and Saturday of the festival. Vendors are arranged in a “food court” set-up between our Craft Show and Car Show areas from 10am to 4pm each day. Vendors should be aware of the following policies and requirements:

  • 10×10 Vendor Booth Spaces are $75 each. If more space is needed for your set-up, please purchase additional booth spaces as needed.
  • While we do not police the menus of our vendors, we do require that each food vendor submit their full menu.
  •  We recommend that vendors attempt not to duplicate the menu items of other registered vendors. Vendors with a menu identical of that to another applicant will not be accepted.
  • Booths must be clean and neat at all times.  No boxes etc. can be showing.
  • No water or power is available. Vendors are responsible to bring their own generators to supply power if needed.
  • Food vendors must be properly licensed in good standing with the State of Michigan, and are responsible for all required

Interested vendors, please download the application and rules, and return your submission with payment.
