The Indian River Resort Region Chamber of Commerce manages the booth spaces for the Inland Waterway Artisan's and Farmer's Market. The Tuscarora Township Downtown Development Authority (DDA) is the major sponsor for the Inland Waterway Artisan's and Farmer's Market in Indian River, Michigan.
