AUGUST 13th and 14th, 20 RACE BEGINS AT 12:00PM EACH DAY
RACE COURSES Saturday’s
Course:
Approximately 45
miles – LeMans start at the pits in Burt Lake (DeVoe Beach) running into
Burt Lake approximately ˝ mile to a turn buoy and then returning to the mouth
of the Indian river. The Race
then runs through the entire length of Indian River into Mullett Lake to a
check point in front of the Breaker’s, then along the west shore of Mullett
Lake and up the full length of the Cheboygan River to a turnaround in the city
of Cheboygan, and then returns over the same course to a finish line at the
pit area. Sunday’s Course: Approximately 42 miles – LeMans start at the pits in Burt Lake (DeVoe Beach), then running across Burt Lake to a check point on the west shore, up the west shoreline of Burt Lake through the Crooked River and around Crooked Lake, back through the Crooked River, across Burt Lake, through the Indian River to a turnaround in Mullett Lake, then returning through the Indian River to a finish line at the pit area.
RIVER CLOSINGS The Indian River will be closed on August 13th and August 14th from 11:00am – 2:00pm The Cheboygan River will be closed on
August 13th from 11:00am – 2:00pm The Crooked River will be closed on August 14thfrom 11:00am – 2:00pm For
